The AGI-WIB is a group under the umbrella of AGI that gives Women Businesses under its membership, a robust network committed to driving change, providing support and education on policies as well as enhancing the contribution of women to economic development.

Membership is open to women entrepreneurs, registered with AGI. The AGI-WIB in nature is a creation on the National Council of AGI and therefore is represented by the National Treasurer at the National Executive Committee level. The other women sector chairpersons have been co-opted to serve on the executive level.
Therefore in consultation with the women executive and the chairperson, a voluntary steering committee operates to organize the affairs of the group.
The Association of Ghana Industries (AGI) is a voluntary business association of over 1500 members, made up of small, medium and large scale manufacturing and services industries.
